DIGITAL WORKPLACE STRATEGY APPROACH

Start with “wow”

Successful digital workplaces spring from the impact of cultural change that lead to new ways of working. The road to success starts with asking the questions “why”, “who” and “what”. Prior to identifying the best possible digital solutions, we first have to understand the user behaviors and expectations and how they contribute to various effect areas and strategic objectives. Our teams use well-proven pre-study methodology ensuring a successful digital and cultural transformation. A methodology that starts with inspiration from case studies to show what is possible and to create a feeling of “wow” in your organisation that fuels your digital transformation.

1

Inspiration and best practise

wow

We use inspiration as fuel and share best practices, trends and insights from leading organizations. We start with “wow” to create awareness

2

Current situation analysis

where

We analyse the current state using observations, interviews and a employee survey to map your Digital Workplace Performance Index (DWP-Index)

3

Objectives, effect areas and KPI:s

why

We identify objectives and measurable effect targets for the digital workplace with strategic alignment

4

Workforce behaviour analysis

who

We categorize the workforce using employee personas based on behaviours, expectations and work scenarios

5

Change analysis and initiatives

what

During the change analysis we identify key strategic initatives and technical enablers to boost identified capabilities and objectives

6

Digital workplace strategy

how

The strategy describes the approach to achieve the vision and create a digitally empowered workforce. It clearly defines the strategic roadmap to success

DIGITAL WORKPLACE PERFORMANCE INDEX

Measure, learn and improve with DWP-index / benchmark

Together with leading experts within the area of the digital workplace, we have developed a leading benchmark/index called DWP-Index (Digital Workplace Performance Index). Using the DWP-survey we can take the pulse on your digital workplace to understand the true employee challenges and provide you with key insights and comparative strengths and weaknesses.

1. Startup workshop

We customize the DWP-survey based on your graphical profile and organizational context. The message in the introduction of the survey is adapted to be aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the organization. There is also the possibility to supplement questions if needed.

2. DWP-survey (data gathering)

The DWP survey is distributed to the employees. The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to respond. Employees can answer the cloud-based questionnaire via any device such as computer or mobile phone.

3. Presentation of results and insights

We compile the results and present relevant insights as a report. We also present the DWP-Index and benchmark and compare your results with other organizations. We highlight comparative strengths and weaknesses in the digital workplace.

DIWO TRANSFORMATION

Enable technology, leadership and behaviours

Our teams are highly skilled and experienced in agile development. We focus on continuous improvement, scope flexibility, team input, and delivering essential quality products within the digital workplace.

The main benefit of the agile approach is its ability to respond to issues as they arise throughout the course of the project. Making a necessary change to a project at the right time can save resources and, ultimately, help delivering a successful project on time and within budget.

Agile development methodology provides opportunities to assess the direction of a project throughout the development lifecycle. This is achieved through regular cadences of work, known as sprints or iterations, at the end of which teams must present a potentially shippable product increment. By focusing on the repetition of abbreviated work cycles as well as the functional product they yield, agile methodology is described as “iterative” and “incremental.”
